Our Mission:
At Camp Lernavayr, we believe that when you trust kids, they develop the confidence to trust themselves, and learn to use their own judgment. So, we created a summer camp that helps your child advance in Armenian language, Armenian dance, athletics, craft, karate, and soccer. Because unlike traditional schools, summer gives us the freedom to reinvent child development in a way that allows kids to make their own choices. Driven by this belief, we’ve built our summer camp to put your kids in the driver’s seat of a world of possibilities. So, whether your child is a natural-born storyteller with a love for animation, or a budding artist, or an athlete-in-training, or a future fashion designer, they can dive into their passions in a world free from adult judgments and expectations. After so many years, we are still obsessed with reinventing every summer. Because if we’ve learned one thing, it’s that when you think like a child, anything is possible.
Camp Lernavayr, a summer day camp, will open its doors once again this summer starting Monday, July 8, 2024 from 8:00am-4:00pm until Friday, Aug. 9, 2024 at the Jivalagian Youth Center (2242 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA).
The camp will run Monday through Friday. Activities include games, songs, arts and crafts, social skills, sports, reading, cooking, acting, chess and much more!
We are looking forward to a great summer!
Pick up & Drop Off
To ensure safety, all parents must sign their children in and out of camp daily.
Children can be dropped off as early as 8:00 am.
Supervision
Children are supervised by trained counselors at all times, with a low camper to counselor ratio to ensure all campers get plenty of personal attention.
